Travel Planning Consultation
Your Complimentary Travel Planning Consultation Call will be held via telephone. We will call you at the scheduled meeting time.
We’ll start with a friendly conversation to get to know each other. During this chat, we’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a better understanding of your travel dreams and preferences. We’ll discuss your desired destination(s), the type of experience you’re envisioning, your travel style, interests, and expectations. Whether you’re planning a wedding, cruise, all-inclusive resort vacation, honeymoon, or group getaway, we’ll go over important details such as your budget, the number of guests you plan to invite, and your ideal travel date(s). We’ll also walk you through our planning process and explain how our services can be customized to create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.
Step 4
Hire Us
Be aware, this is when the magic happens and when your travel cravings may start to kick in! After the Consultation, you will receive two separate emails from us:
1) Our Travel App Account Login information to create an account.
2) Our Travel Planning & Research Agreement for you to review, pay, and sign electronically.
*Once both of those are done, we’ll move to the next step.
Step 5
Research, Planning & Proposal
We will email you our Welcome Packet and simple onboarding forms to complete. Once everything is signed, we will begin our research and curate a personalized shortlist of destinations, all-inclusive resorts, or cruise ships and itineraries that best align with your vision.
Your proposals may include exclusive perks and benefits, transportation to and from the resort or ship, thoughtful recommendations, travel insurance options, and estimated pricing. You will receive a few tailored options outlining the destination, experiences, and an estimated investment, so you can move forward with confidence and excitement.
Step 6
Booking Management
Once you select your preferred option from your personalized proposals, we will move into the booking phase for your vacation, cruise, honeymoon, destination wedding, or group celebration. At this stage, we will finalize details, provide any required documents for signature, and guide you through the payment process.
For destination weddings and group travel, we will create a dedicated group page on our website where guests can RSVP and submit payments for their stay. We manage the booking process for both you and your guests, offering clear instructions and ongoing support throughout.
From your initial booking through your return home, we stay in touch primarily via email to manage travel details, updates, and guest coordination. At any time, you are welcome to schedule a call with us if you would like an update, have questions, or need additional support. Our role is to oversee every detail and ensure your travel experience is seamless from start to finish.
Step 7
Pack Your Bags & Prepare For Travel
Shortly before travel, we will provide you and your guests with a final, customized itinerary along with all travel documents, including confirmations, key contacts, and destination details. We will also communicate any updates, changes, or important information you and your guests need to know before departure, so everyone arrives prepared and confident.
Step 8
Bon Voyage!
Please tag us in your favorite travel pictures on social media while you are on vacation. We would love to see how much fun you and your travel companions are having!
We hope everything will go as planned while you are traveling, but things may happen like: crazy weather, flight delays, sicknesses or emergencies, etc. Rest assured, you will receive 24/7 support while you are vacationing because we will supply you with travel documents that will have emergency contact phone numbers that will be specific to your getaway.

Welcome home!
We will reach out to you to see how your group vacation or destination wedding went. We would love to hear your feedback —what you enjoyed the most, your favorite meal or restaurant, or what we could have done differently. This feedback is very valuable to us because it will help us plan your future trips even better.
