I have always been the first person in line to volunteer to plan fun events, incredible parties, and fascinating vacations with groups of friends and family. So, in 2019, I turned my passion for planning events, my love of travel and adventure, and my love of hearing love stories into a professional travel business.

Our Signature Travel Planning Process
Step 1
Happy Travel Dance
Do the "Happy Travel Dance" because you are about to plan an amazing Destination Wedding, Honeymoon, or Group Vacation!
Step 2
Contact Us
Contact Craving Amazing Travel here to schedule your Complimentary Travel Planning Consultation phone call.
Step 3
Travel Planning Consultation
Your Complimentary Travel Planning Consultation will be via the telephone. We will call you at the scheduled meeting time.
We will have a conversation where we will get to know each other. We will ask a ton of questions to dive deeper and discuss your desired travel location(s), experience, travel style, interests, expectations, wedding, honeymoon, or group budget, how many guests you plan to invite, desired wedding, honeymoon or group travel date(s), along with our planning process, and our services tailored specifically for you and your guests.
Step 4
Hire Us
Be aware, this is when the magic happens and when your travel cravings may start to kick in! Once you decide to work with Craving Amazing Travel, we will email you our Travel Planning & Research Agreement for you to review, pay, and sign electronically.
Step 5
Research, Planning & Proposal
We will start researching and curate a list of All-Inclusive Resorts that we feel will be best for you with exclusive group benefits/perks, transportation to/from the resort, and pricing.
We will provide you with a couple of personalized proposals with details of your destination and experiences that you will be able to enjoy along with important recommendations including the estimated costs.
Step 6
Booking Management
Once we discuss which option from your personal proposals that you like the best, we will begin the booking process for your Destination Wedding, Honeymoon, Group Celebration Vacation, or Cruise. During this process, we will revise the proposal if needed. We will need you to sign additional documentation and we will go over the important wedding, honeymoon, or group information along with the payment process. We will be by your side to manage your group booking from the beginning until after your wedding or group travels.
Step 7
Pack Your Bags & Prepare For Travel
Shortly before your Destination Wedding, or Group Travel vacation, we will share your final customized itinerary and travel documents (confirmations, important contact information, destination information, etc.), and will advise you of any changes, additions, or anything you may need to be aware of.
Step 8
Bon Voyage!
Please tag us in your favorite travel pictures on social media while you are on vacation. We would love to see how much fun you and your travel companions are having!
We hope everything will go as planned while you are traveling, but things may happen like: crazy weather, flight delays, sicknesses or emergencies, etc. Rest assured, you will receive 24/7 support while you are vacationing because we will supply you with travel documents that will have emergency contact phone numbers that will be specific to your getaway.

Step 9
Welcome home!
We will reach out to you to see how your group vacation or destination wedding went. We would love to hear your feedback —what you enjoyed the most, your favorite meal or restaurant, or what we could have done differently. This feedback is very valuable to us because it will help us plan your future trips even better.
