Ty researches new tools, introduces helpful technology, and supports the operational side of the business, allowing Crystal to focus on planning unforgettable travel experiences. He’s the problem-solver, the efficiency finder, and the “let me make this easier” partner every agency needs.

Outside of work, Ty’s world revolves around rhythm, exploration, and creativity. You’ll find him drumming, discovering new music, traveling with the family, checking out local breweries, capturing moments behind the camera, and reading up on the latest technologies.
