Please contact us as soon as you are serious about planning your vacation, and when you have the funds available to put a deposit down. The sooner you contact us, the better.
Large Group Vacations, Destination Weddings, and Group Cruises = 14 to 18+ months in advance.
Individual Vacations and Cruises: 6 to 9+ months or more before your travel dates.
Early booking incentives are available when you book in advance. Booking early gives your guests more time to plan, save, and pay for their vacations. Also, wedding dates and group room blocks book up fast, which may limit your availability as it gets closer to your travel dates.
No last-minute requests will be honored for new clients. Last-minute bookings for established clients will be on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the booking and if we have enough time in our schedule for planning and group coordination.

We ONLY accept credit cards and debit cards.
All payments are processed via a secure credit card processing form.
We do not accept gift cards, checks, money orders, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle or cash.
We highly recommend that you use your credit card rather than a debit card. Credit card companies may offer the most protection.
If you use your debit card, please make sure you know your daily spending limits before you put down a deposit or make a payment so your debit card does not get declined. You will be subject to additional fees for any declined cards. Fees will be outlined in our terms and conditions.

Did you find our Travel Agency after booking your All-Inclusive Resort, Cruise, or Destination Wedding directly with the travel supplier but would love to use our services to help plan the rest of your vacation?
If so, and the booking isn’t paid in full yet, please feel free to contact us A.S.A.P. to see if we can take over the booking so that you can take advantage of booking through a Travel Agent vs the supplier where we may be able to get you extra perks and savings that you may not have been aware of.
We work closely with hotels and cruise lines to negotiate and secure a room block contract with great room rates. We can assist you and all of your guests in booking your accommodations, arrange round-trip airport transfers, offer destination expertise, advise on group activities and excursions, and provide you all with personalized service.
*Please note, that we value our relationships with other Travel Professionals in this industry, so we will only accept direct booking transfers that you booked with the Travel Supplier and not another Travel Agent.

The decision is yours and should be based on your circumstances, but we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect you and your travel investment against any unforeseen circumstances that may occur. Your investment in your vacation is a precious asset, just like anything else you choose to insure. We are not Licensed Travel Insurance Agents, but we do have a few travel insurance companies that we work with and can recommend to you if you would like to purchase travel insurance.
*Please make sure to check with your health insurance to see if they will cover you while you are traveling, and especially if you are traveling abroad.

We do not book airfare, rental cars, or train ticket stand alone reservations.
You and your travel partners are responsible for reserving your own flights. With all the airline updates and schedule changes that are happening with airfare these days, it is simply easier for you and all your guests to book your own flights. We always recommend booking directly with the airline of your choice and never using a third-party booking engine online to book flights. We will give you and your guests airport codes to make sure you all fly to the right destination.
We will not book with companies or hotels that do not work with travel agents. Examples: Airbnb, HomeAway, VRBo, and small hotels or bed & breakfasts, etc.
We do not book Disney Vacations or Domestic Vacations.
*We handpick only the most reputable and trusted travel partners—our preferred vendors, suppliers, and tour companies—so every detail of your journey is handled with care, quality, and expertise. Our goal? A value-packed vacation that’s effortlessly smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable.

You can book direct, but why would you? The rate is usually the same or even better when you use a travel agent. Travel agents have access to package rates, upgrades & amenity incentives, and payment plans that may not be available when you book elements of your vacation individually on your own. What happens if something goes wrong? Do you want to wait on hold for hours for a call center employee to try to assist you or would you rather have a professional travel agent in your corner to give you personal attention to quickly and efficiently solve your dilemma?
When you book with an independently owned travel agency, you’re not just planning a trip—you’re fueling dreams, supporting local jobs, and helping a small business thrive. Support local. Explore everywhere. 🌍
If you are a guest of a Wedding or a Group Travel Event, it is best to book with Craving Amazing Travel if your wedding couple or group leader has hired us. If you book on your own, we will not be able to help you should anything go wrong with your booking. Also, the resort or cruise line may not know that you are part of the wedding or travel group and place your room far away from the rest of the group.
If you choose to book at a different resort nearby, please note that you may not be able to participate in group or wedding activities on the resort property without having to pay additional day passes to the resortwhich may be limited due to resort capacity. If you find a better deal online than the group is presenting you with please contact Craving Amazing Travel so that we can compare apples to apples. We would rather you be part of the group! -
We know you can go online, and search through hundreds of advertisements, reviews, and deals for resorts, but how do you know what resort will be right for you? Will the resort you choose be right for your guests? Are the pretty pictures that you see online doctored or legit?
Booking a group vacation or destination wedding takes a considerable amount of your time and lots of effort to plan on your own. You will have to worry about things like if your guests make a deposit or final payment on time, flight delays, or cancellations.
